These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by Monsieur Tanuki and www.monsieurtanuki.com, whose head office is at 23-25 rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau, 75001 Paris. Registered in the Paris trade and companies register under number RCS 985 253 301 00016 hereinafter referred to as "Monsieur Tanuki" and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the "Monsieur Tanuki" website hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not apply to professionals, i.e. to natural or legal persons, public or private, acting for purposes falling within the scope of their commercial, industrial, craft, liberal or agricultural activity, including when they act in the name and on behalf of another professional.

These terms of sale aim to define the contractual relations between Monsieur Tanuki and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the Monsieur Tanuki merchant site, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer. The acquisition of a good or service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these terms of sale. These terms of sale will prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly agreed to byMonsieur Tanuki. Monsieur Tanuki reserves the right to modify its terms of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

Each product is accompanied by a description established by the supplier. The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered. Product packaging may be subject to changes depending on market constraints and stock availability from Monsieur Tanuki suppliers.
Rates
The prices listed in the catalog are inclusive of all taxes in euros, taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of the products or services. Subscriptions and Coffee Boxes
Regarding the “subscriptions” offer and the “Coffee Box” offer:
The customer subscribes to the sending of parcels for a period of 3 months. Payment is made in full when validating the order. The customer will receive a parcel each month for the entire duration of their subscription. Delivery is not included in the price of the subscription and the Coffee Box.
Orders
Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale, recognition of having full knowledge of them and the waiver of relying on one's own conditions of purchase or other conditions. All data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation will constitute signature and acceptance of the operations carried out. The seller will communicate by email confirmation of the recorded order.
Withdrawal
Buyers, non-professional individuals, benefit from a withdrawal period of fourteen days from the delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs. Payment Terms
The price is payable upon ordering. The following credit cards are accepted on the Site: Carte Bleue, Visa, Master Card. The Buyer may also use their PayPal account to pay for their orders on the Site. Monsieur Tanuki does not store the buyer's credit card details. The buyer's account will only be debited when the order is placed. At the buyer's request, they will be sent a paper invoice showing the VAT.
Deliveries
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be in the agreed geographical area. The risks are borne by the purchaser from the moment the products leave Maison Kissaten's premises. In the event of damage during transport, a reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery. Delivery times are given for information purposes only; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed.
Guarantee
All products supplied by the seller benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it or refund it. All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email to the following address: contact@monsieurtanuki.com; or by post to the following address: 23-25 rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau, 75001 Paris within thirty days from the date of delivery.
Regarding accessories on sale in our online catalog, returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
Responsibility and intellectual property
The seller, in the online sales process, is only bound by an obligation of means; his liability cannot be incurred for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, interruption of service, or other involuntary problems.

Monsieur Tanuki will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of Article 1348 of the Civil Code. Maison Kissaten's computerized records will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
Dispute Resolution
These online sales conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Paris, notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party claims.
